Promise Fund is offering free mammogram screenings in Lake Worth to help eligible women access preventive breast healthcare in a trusted community setting. Early detection can make a meaningful difference, and our patient navigation team is here to help connect women with screening services and follow-up care when needed.
This event is presented in partnership with Faith Comes First, Baptist Health, and the Florida Department of Health.
